In 2024, we expanded our coverage and project portfolio to clients in Mexico and Central America. Driven by the surge in Artificial Intelligence adoption, we implemented our first AI Agents and intelligent Conversational Bot projects, powered by Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities.

Following three years of vertical growth in RPA and OCR solutions, the company decided to incorporate text-based conversational bot solutions to complement its portfolio and provide integrated customer, employee, and supplier service solutions.

This step marked the initial stride towards hyperautomation.

In 2020, driven by the COVID-19 pandemic, the interest in process automation surged, leading to the decision to spin off the RPA business line from Softimiza and establish Botkers as an independent company.

Botkers originated as a division of Softimiza, a company specializing in Digital Transformation processes, in response to market demand for process automation consultants who transcend the limitations of basic technology and could develop profitability models accessible to SMEs.
